KimCom is independent consultant company focusing mainly in contact center and customer experience area. Company was originally founded in 1996, but action in current form started in 2012.
Office is located in Helsinki. Customers are large enterprises which have strong customer service oriented business and need for external help either in RFP process, project management or CC/CX specialist in their projectes.
KimCom does have good connections with Finnish vendors, but as mentioned before is independent and does not have any financial dependencies to them. Company is also member of many international CC/CX vendors consultant programs.
